Led a four-person team in the HiMCM International Mathematical Modeling Contest for High Schools. The project focused on optimizing floor-by-floor evacuation and search-and-rescue strategies for high-rise buildings during emergency incidents. I was responsible for task breakdown and schedule management, while also coordinating literature reviews, data processing, model development, and results analysis. I guided the team in constructing the mathematical model and producing a comprehensive 27-page technical report in English, delivering quantitative optimization plans for personnel allocation and search-and-rescue sequencing during evacuation.
